AMS Asset Monitor

The AMS Asset Monitor provides continuous equipment monitoring for intermediate level criticality equipment. With its Charm based technology, the AMS Asset monitor can receive all I/O types such as: accelerometers, velometers, eddy current sensors, process signals, thermocouples, RTD’s, tachometers of all types, 4-20ma current outputs, and even has a digital output function for basic alarms and shutdowns. The Asset Monitor can send data via OPC UA or Modbus to your DCS, and even uses built in prescriptive analytics to show the machine’s fault, whether that be bearing defect, imbalance, looseness, etc., without the need for an in-house SME.
