Emerson Premier Service Provider Announcement

John H. Carter Company, LLC and its subsidiary, Controlworx, is excited to expand its role as the exclusive Emerson Premier Service Provider for customers in our territory. John H. Carter Company will assume operation of Emerson Lifecycle Repair Centers in West Monroe, Mobile, Lake Charles and Gonzales. These additional facilities will improve our customer’s service experience by increasing speed and efficiency. John H. Carter Company will now provide repair services and coverage that previously existed under Emerson Lifecycle Services and will be the exclusive Premier Service Provider in our territory. With this addition, we are better positioned to deliver our number one strategy of Customer Service Excellence.
