JHC Acquires PPE & LAMD

JHC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Process Pumps & Equipment and LA Machine & Design. The John H. Carter Company acquisition of Process Pumps & Equipment and its affiliated company LA Machine & Design expands our existing Pump Group offerings with additional represented product lines, comprehensive local shop repair/design/fabrication/machining/testing & field service capabilities. We also offer customized baseplates, ASME coded seal pot vessels, coupling guards & many additional products.

Process Pumps & Equipment, a John H. Carter Company will operate out of existing fully-equipped & staffed facilities located in Geismar & Shreveport, Louisiana. With this addition, we are better positioned to deliver our number one strategy of Total Customer Commitment.
